The hotel had fine rooms with a full-sized fridge, 4 large gas burners, a large microwave, a fully stocked kitchen, and free wifi. The rooms were very comfortable, a great size, and offered an awesome view. However, the cheesy clothes hangers were a minor drawback.

I had a fantastic stay at the Divi Phoenix. The room, although advertised as ocean view, was spotless every day, but I noticed a bit of mold and mildew. The service at Pure Beach was near perfection, especially thanks to Julio and Ramon. The location was very relaxing, right at the beginning of the Palm Beach strip, offering a quiet and private beach experience. The dining experience, particularly at Pure Deli in the morning, was lovely. Overall, a great place to relax by the beach and pool.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for our needs with a great view of the pools and beach, providing the separate space my husband needed for his sleep apnea. The rooms were clean and cozy, offering a comfortable retreat. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist, especially in accommodating our requests and providing helpful recommendations. The location was fantastic, offering plenty of sun time on the beach and easy access to local attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable but could have had more complimentary options given the room rates. Overall, a lovely stay with only minor areas for improvement.

The hotel has a wonderful location at the beginning of the Palm Beach strip, offering a quiet and less crowded atmosphere. I found the rooms to be cozy but a bit outdated, reminiscent of a grandma's Fort Lauderdale apartment. Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, a 1 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, was spacious and had a great patio deck overlooking the pools and beach views but unfortunately, it had a persistent smell of mold. The service was lacking a bit as the staff tended to be standoffish, though they did offer to show me another available studio room. The location, right across from the 'Butterfly Farm' and with a tremendous white sand beach, provided ample sun time. The dining experience at Purebeach was pleasant with wonderful staff at Pure Deli, but it would have been better if it were complimentary considering the high room rates.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The one-bedroom unit with a full kitchen and bath we had through an RCI exchange turned out to be fantastic. It's just steps away from the ocean, with spacious accommodations that included two bathrooms and offered a great view of both the pool and the ocean.
